Mother/Child Residential

Mother/Child Residential provides emergency and transitional housing for homeless single women and their babies.  During their stay at Mother/Child Residential, women strive to become self sufficient.

Females, age 18-35, who are currently homeless, pregnant, and/or parenting one to three children ages eight and under are eligible to participate in Mother/Child Residential.  Mother/Child accepts referrals from potential clients, community service agencies, County Board of Social Services, Division of Youth and Family Services (DYFS).

Through the program, women receive assistance with meeting educational goals, seeking employment, and locating permanent housing.  In addition, women receive daily educational classes in nutrition, parenting, healthy living, home management, and communication skills.

Mother's Arms Day Care

Mother's Arms Day Care Program provides nuturing care in a fully licensed, homelike environment for children from birth to 24 months.  Mother's Arms accepts children from the community as well as children of the residents at Mother/Child.
